Is it right to have a favorite age? I say yes, of course all ages are great and they come with exciting new things but I have to say about 6-8 months is my favorite. Little biscuit is sitting up, babbling, laughing (almost a cackle sometimes) and being altogether completely squishy. She's so lovey and has the BEST personality right now. Very laid back, always smiling and playful. She does get a little mad when I'm not feeding her baby food fast enough. What am I thinking trying to take a bite of my own food before giving her another bite of hers?
My only complaint right now would be her naps. She's down to two naps a day and usually her morning nap only lasts about 45 minutes. With Evan he would wake at 45 minutes maybe fuss a little and eventually go back to sleep. Not Erin. She is up and at 'em after 45 minutes. Laughing, babbling and screeching. Her second nap of the day usually goes better and she gets a good two hours in, maybe catching up from her long eventful day.
Still no teeth for this one, but I have to admit I adore her gummy smile so I don't mind so much.
I think she's finally moved to a 4 hour schedule, sometimes she still seems to want her bottle at 3 or 3-1/2 hours but the majority of the time she goes 4 hours. I love this schedule because it allows so much more flexibility when going out.
That's about it for right now. Todd and I have some big plans this week, we took 5 days off to spend some much needed time as a family and I'm excited! So I best get to it :)
